A premium quality unfiltered organic Pale with a fresh citrus aroma. This golden pale ale was first brewed to celebrate Black Isle’s 21st birthday in 2019. Craft pale ales are highly regarded for their bold hoppy flavours and refreshing drinkability and this organic pale ale is no exception. The recipe has evolved over the years (if you’re missing Yellowhammer, look no further). Lager and wheat malts provide a light base for Simcoe, Citra and Nelson Sauvin to shine. Previously known as 21 Pale.
